@stueytheround for me it's a coin flip between Simnel cake and traditional Hot Cross Buns, although an Easter Citrus trifle is pure decadence and I can't remember where I first experienced it.
Cadbury caramel eggs for the win.

Malted milk balls coated in hard candy in variety of colors.
@annamuneca @NihilVidere I haven't seen anything like that, the nearest I can think of is Malteaser bunny, although Cadbury mini eggs look similar, they are only chocolate inside not malted.
