Salsa made for Wednesday. Did a quick pickle on some peppers I had laying around & boiled some edamame pods.
Purposefully waiting for at/after 6pm to grill the tandoori chicken so it’s done closer to when spouse gets home. I’m making rice for him, riced cauliflower for me, and some black lentil/tomato/cumin dal.
