Tonight’s dinner is steak stir fry with peppers, onion, & sugar snap peas from the veggie stand. Might throw in some carrot sticks. We’ll see.
Rice for spouse, riced cauliflower for me.
It’s a beauty. Stir fried steak with peppers, onion & sugar snap peas. Added quite a bit of white pepper cuz it was otherwise sorta bland.

@smittycanada1 it turned out really good! Didn’t have avocado oil so used canola & a drop of sesame oil. Oh and red pepper flake :)
