Decided to make previous boss’s black bean & corn salsa to bring to work tomorrow.
Didn’t realize the recipe makes SO much (this is a 4qt bowl) but it’s so good. This is 1 of 2 bowls.
This one stays home because I added a jalapeño to it. Yuuuum.

@Armchaircouch I ate a bowl of it for dinner with some steak and tortilla chips.
@Armchaircouch we added about a 1/4 teaspoon of the “Hot Ones” Atomic hot sauce & it was perfection!
