“The first Winter Storm Watches have already been issued for western and central ND for Tuesday-Thursday. 10-20 inches possible right now, although much more is possible. I wouldn't be surprised if we see some 30+ inch reports by next Friday.”
10-20”? 🤬😫 No warnings issued for my area of ND yet (eastern) but only a matter of time.
Holy climate change!!
@Kitty62862 it’s actually not unheard of for us to get winter storms all the way into May. It sure is annoying though.
Western part of the state badly needs precipitation due to a very dry 2021 so they’re actually happy about it. Eastern side I’m guessing 2-6” but mixed rain/snow.
@Kitty62862 maybe? I know several people in the area who own and use their hot tub in the winter. Heck they might even use it more often in the colder months than the summer.
@annamuneca No bueno
@yogapaddlerun Bismarck area forecasted for 14” on Tuesday 😳 and maybe 1-3” for us
@annamuneca Those spring storms can really pack a punch.
Geeez 😱
That’s unbelievable!
@annamuneca Shivers just from reading this.
@annamuneca wow! Hope you can just hunker down & stay warm. Hope you electricity stays on
@annamuneca keep us posted!
@annamuneca 30” for some places?! In April?! 😳
@h2oaddicted yeah. THAT is pretty unusual. We’ve had 12” of snow fall in April before but 30”?! Wow.
I guess the good thing is that area was in a bad drought all last year so the moisture is needed.
@annamuneca
@Kilikazen Stay safe up there! And warm!
@InvaderGzim @annamuneca hope you guys are fairing well. Pretty sure I have covid round 2 so I haven't had to go out in these insane winds. I swear the wolf is gonna blow this house down. 🌬️
You guys hanging in there?
@Kilikazen @InvaderGzim flurries & somewhat snow squally here today with 25-35mph winds. Brrrr. Other than that not quite an inch of snow but some forecasted for Sunday.
@annamuneca damn. So bad the camera looks broken. Hopefully no one’s caught out in that. Yikes
Well damn
