I made a pretty tasty dinner tonight.
Pan-seared ricotta gnocchi in a browned butter & sage sauce. Would definitely make again. The gnocchi recipe made enough that I could freeze half the batch. Im excited to have some in the freezer.

Not pictured: bone-in pork chops.
