LOL realized I somehow sent in my application from a wrong account (why I have 2 I’m not sure but one is my actual member acct and the other is a nonmember one, weird). Already sent customer service a message explaining the situation with screenshots of both accounts. Need to get wrong acct deleted & application moved to correct one.. and a $70 refund for paying nonmember exam fee when I’m a member.
Sent my transcript 7/26 and got notification that they retrieved it. Messaged them asking to verify it was received & response I got was “upon review of your account we are not seeing any transcripts although it can take up to 4 weeks to process”. Uuuugh fine. I just want to know that I can take the exam so I can pick a date & study.
I think they finally sorted my “sent in my application under the wrong account that I didn’t know existed” debacle.
Now I wait for either the approval to take the exam 🤞 or the rejection of my application 🙁
