no need to reply... but gawd... I just don't understand that. Who are they kidding? Now I know most of nodak is open ground and small towns. Theres a handful of cities tho. With colleges. And old people. Limited hospital capacity.
The R sodak upper chamber passed a mask rule for their members but of course white privilege has exempted a few. It's totally bonkers as well as stupid.
