My plan is to focus a whole lot less on the macro and a whole lot more on the micro.
There are things in my vicinity that I can do to help change things for the better, and focusing on those things is exactly what is needed.
Focus on the little hope instead of the big despair.

Was listening to Leslie Jordan’s audiobook and he was talking about how the gay community made it through the AIDS epidemic and ended up being stronger on the other side of things. When they realized the government wasn’t going to do much for them, they turned inward, helped themselves. He also said that true happiness can only come from the selfless service to others. Or something like that. If true happiness is your thing. 😹
