I get legit mad when I have to take terrible online training, because it doesn't have to be terrible.
It's terrible because someone didn't do their job properly, and they generally weren't even fired for making something so terrible. #InstructionalDesign

About 70% of government/military training is garbage. The other 30% is pretty good. Sad thing is, they tend to rarely update the best training, so you just take it over and over again. This one annual training has been almost identical for 10+ years and they finally changed it. I made sure I commented in the survey.
@amarand I've spent the past 3 years building the systems that will let us test out, but it'll probably take another decade for them to be put into practice.
