The right's War against Women needs to be stressed every day. We cannot accept parsed healthcare for over half our population. This poor woman lost her wanted child and now a grand jury is pondering whether she'll be fined and imprisoned. So disgusting.

A generation ago, Sarah Palin and the Republicans lied to the American public, falsely claiming that the Affordable Care Act would create "death panels" to decide who would be worthy of life-saving health care.
Republicans tend to project their own sins upon others , and now we see the true "death panels" are in Texas.
Kate Cox was told yesterday by the Texas Supreme Court she couldn't have a life-saving abortion because she couldn't prove she'd otherwise die.

Our reality is suspect. Really pisses me off as a graphic artist that Adobe is so cavalier in handling these AI images that they culled from their own clients. Clients that have used their tools for decades. Seems like a betrayal to me.

Former First Lady Rosalynn Carter has gone to her great reward, she passed on today at age 96, with her husband of 75 years at her side, former President Jimmy Carter.
"Rosalynn was my equal partner in everything I ever accomplished," Jimmy Carter said in a statement. "She gave me wise guidance and encouragement when I needed it. As long as Rosalynn was in the world, I always knew somebody loved and supported me."

Eight days away from another government shutdown, which will have devastating effects on our economy, Republicans could only vote to lower the salaries of administration officials to $1.00 per year. Really going after the Press Secretary and the Secretary of Transportation is their response. Then they recessed for the weekend. House Republicans are incapable of governing. Some advice to possibly avoid this type of ending? Have an estate plan. Have a list of emergency contacts in your wallet or on your phone.
Friends, as we age many of us are heading down south to escape the snow and cold. Unfortunately, a large number of us end up in Florida. This article is chilling. Florida seems to be a land where laws can be used against you - especially if you're aging and end up in the hospital. This man's story is an abomination.
