How the fuck did this case even happen in the first place? How can there be standing if there was no injury? Persecution fantasies are not injury.
Where will it end? Can tradespeople claim their work is "art" and thereby "speech" and refuse to provide services to protected classes?

@JohnnyGenX it's not like there were gay couples demanding her services. This was a victimless crime that never happened. She just wanted to make a stand in support of her hatred. Now it's sanctioned by the state!

So what happens when a business refuses services for an interracial marriage and claims religious objections? Does the court uphold that too? What about when a doctor refuses care to a gay or trans person on "religious grounds" and lets them die?

BREAKING: Religious woman with no actual business is allowed to deny service to clients she hasn't actually got.
It wasn't about a cake and it's not currently about websites. It's about state sanctioned hate. What a mess. What was the point of this suit? No one was going after this woman to design their website - she just wanted a license to hate who she hated and the court decided to hear her victimless suit. Insane.
