I know Seward NE well. They call themselves "the Fourth of July city" and you msy have seen their over-the-top celebrations on TV. One of their traditions for the Fourth of July parade? They used to go down to the interstate, pull over a random out-of-county / out-of-state motorist, "arrest" them, cause them to come into Seward, and have them lead the parade. House Republicans have voted to prohibit offering life-saving abortion care to pregnant veterans — as well as to ban the pride flag from flying at Veterans Administration facilities.

After first denying that anything was happening at all, the Russians then claimed that Ukraine blew up the dam.
Now the Russians are admitting that it was an "industrial accident" caused by previous damage.
Russia has about 25 to 30,000 troops in the flood zone who will be scrambling to find high ground, along with every civilian trapped in the same area.
Also, all fresh water to Crimea is cut off (again).
