When I get rich and famous I'm gonna get myself a laptop that I can draw on when I'm "broken", then I can playfully draw comfortably in a rather controlled environment. Or just watch something while I draw by hand ✋️

Doing stretches in bed in an attempt to lessen the pain, I think when I'm very stressed my body acts like a spring and tightens up. So I've been stretching carefully my back and shoulders / arms. I wish there were guides about this, cause I'm pretty much just guessing based on my normal stretches from the gym

@Greytdog I am aiming to try, I've let my GF and roommate know that I want them to do chores. I've decided to do bare minimum, my only specific goal is to put out some Christmas decorations and put away the boxes for them. ( I'm trying hard to declutter to lower my general stress, but it's been hard ). Sorry this came out more venty than I meant to ^^;

I overdid it Friday, I ate to little, rode a bus ( anxiety inducing ), painted until dinner, got stressed cause I stayed to long so I rushed to subway were my friend waited, bus again, ate the food and then wanted to help another friend groceryshop. 🙃 I have to be more careful since I'm still recovering from burnout, and being autistic complicates things further. It's annoying when your heart wants more than the body can handle, I hope I'll feel better Monday. I can feel longtime fatigue hitting

@redgypsee yeah it sums up my thoughts and fears quite well, there's another article which shows a site who is made so you can search images that might be generated by your art and then get help to opt out from the ai sites. It's nice but it still put the work effort on the artist to see if their property been used, not the companies.

@FernLovebond ah ok ^^ we are having rather ok temp -6 Celsius. The hard part is the snowstorms, not fun to go anywhere xP we usually get the real cold a bit later which can be about -30 or so. Worst I've personally experienced was -40, luckily not where I live atm. ( hometown is midst mountains, so it can get super cold or super hot , kinda like those 80s sun tan mirrors I guess lol ). Is it humid over there? Cause that can make cold a 100 times worse

I guess its cold there? im from north sweden so IDK much about temps in other countries/cities.

... Landlord sent a guard, to check our plumbing... that is now calling a "flush truck ". IDK the english word for it, but i think they use high pressure to remove clogs from the drain. IDK how they do that on the third floor etc, but I guess ill see soon. But once more, why send a guard? not a plumber, or a janitor. - im so confused

@FernLovebond Sorry I was unclear, the shower is where there used to be a bath tub. The former tenants removed the tub, so we have the hole only

@FernLovebond That is where my shower is, and if we flush it gets worse. We only have one bathroom in the apartment and are asked not to use water until further notice >_<

AAARGH! I needed a hot shower to relax and just , you know, feel fresh. Shower did not approve and regurgitated sewer water instead, so now im sitting in wet hair and hair conditioner. Landlord isnt known for being either quick or especially helpful, but im trying to stay positive and hopeful. I doesnt help that i really need to pee xD at least I can laugh at this
