I overdid it Friday, I ate to little, rode a bus ( anxiety inducing ), painted until dinner, got stressed cause I stayed to long so I rushed to subway were my friend waited, bus again, ate the food and then wanted to help another friend groceryshop. 🙃 I have to be more careful since I'm still recovering from burnout, and being autistic complicates things further. It's annoying when your heart wants more than the body can handle, I hope I'll feel better Monday. I can feel longtime fatigue hitting
@Greytdog I am aiming to try, I've let my GF and roommate know that I want them to do chores. I've decided to do bare minimum, my only specific goal is to put out some Christmas decorations and put away the boxes for them. ( I'm trying hard to declutter to lower my general stress, but it's been hard ). Sorry this came out more venty than I meant to ^^;
