I am so bummed about this mistake. It involves a couple MILLION bux. (Not to our firm, but to the client.) I am not too happy with my partner right now.

Now, I have to call the client and get my head chewed off. Damn!

I dunno. My partner just told me that we have to move our litigation plan up a couple weeks, I just dunno if I will have completed my forensic work by then. (god willing, we will not be fired for this...)

I know it is a crime (both a Federal & a State felony.) Gmail has a thing where you can grab it back, but my law partner does not use gmail.

Years ago, like in the 1990s, one of my geek clients was working on an app to help ppl retrieve an errant email someone sent to the wrong address.

My client is absolutely LIVID. Nothing I can do at this point.

I've practiced law for almost 40 years. I think I will lose this client.

@Zelduh Really depends on the software, and if the person is using same software. Some allow you to delete an unread Email
