@Yvettejacques Is this an insurance issue? Doctors are allowed to prescribe off label. Might the drug company sponsor you as a patient, esp if it helps them gather data on its efficacy in treating other conditions?

Thats what I'd hoped but they seem like they just want to stay away from me. No scheduled trials in sight. And it seems Novartis won't provide it without her RRMS diagnosis. It's a very expensive specialty drug. I don't expect to learn why she changed her mind about the diagnosis as now she's not even admitting it was her idea in the first place.
