Putin for the first time will visit a country obligated to arrest him under The Hague warrant
The Kremlin announced the his visit to Mongolia on September 3. The country ratified the Rome Statute in 2002 and must enforce arrest warrants.
@YouInMyEye Mongolia won't enforce it. Russia would just as soon invade them. They are a small population country. But we shall see.
