@YouInMyEye Well because the American Indian Citizenship Act of 1924 makes all American Indians citizens if we want to be or not, plus the fact that the United States Military is constitutionally prohibited I would have to side with the Indians even if I were not Tsa La Gi.

An unfair question, as is very unlikely to happen. Who I would side with depends entirely on the circumstances, not on the players. Followup question: What plausible circumstance would cause Native Americans to band together as a group to go to violent war against the USA, today?
You can apply the same question to some of the current conflicts. But, if I have, it would have totally gone out of control hence the wink emoji. So LET'S NOT.
