I was part of a very active artist collective in KC in the early to mid '90s called the H.O.L. (Human Observation Lab.) One of the many public art projects we did was to post full-size likenesses of J.R. "Bob" Dobbs ALL over that city for YEARS. Numerous articles were published about it because it was a total mystery as to who was posting them (we never felt the need to take credit for it.) We were actively fighting Reagan's censorship, & the Church aligned perfectly w/ that message!
