Here's a find ... Act 94 on p. 44 ... On December 23, John Eastman sent an email discussing how "Pence (or Grassley)" could violate the Electoral Count Act on .

Remember when Grassley said just before the vote that he might preside in lieu of Pence?

This suggests that Grassley was in on the scheme at least two weeks before the vote.

Reading through the indictment PDF, it's amazing how much Rachel already had in January 2022. For example, at the 10-minute mark, she talks about a GA fake elector who had their name taken off because they didn't want to be part of the scheme.

That person is specifically referenced in Act 73 on Page 38.

I'm reading through the 98-page indictment PDF ... One big impression I have is that the state AGs in Pennsylvania and Arizona have plenty of probable cause to open their own election fraud investigations against Trump and his co-conspirators.
