It looks like #Sara is all but kaput. The image is courtesy Mike's Weather Page on Facebook. Sara's path will take it over the Yucatan, which will rob it of most of its potency. It may dissipate.

Back from an overnight excursion to Boynton Beach #Florida. Among the stops was the Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens. You can easily spend two hours there; the gardens cover 20 acres.

#SpaceCoast This morning on the fake lake ... The young alligator has come and gone over recent weeks. I hadn't seen him for several days, thought he'd moved on, but he's back.
The young anhinga has been molting. At first, I thought he'd been injured in the hurricane, but it's a natural occurrence. His new feathers are growing in just fine; I suspect he'll move on once he can fly again.
I drove up to #KSCVC, my old work place, to remind myself that life goes on, for now.

The banners are constantly refreshed, but I have to admire the courage of whomever is hanging them. This county is overwhelmingly pro- #Trump. I fully expected these to be vandalized long ago.
The pro-Trump roadside vendor used to be about a half-mile north of this, but she's moved on. I never saw any customers at her stand.
And there's an alligator in my back yard ... 😱
The ducks don't seem to mind, though.
