I've mentioned before that there's a roadside stand near my house that peddles #Trump merchandise. I never see any customers, just the vendor.
Given yesterday's events, I drove past the stand this morning around 11:45 AM or so to see if the attack might have created some customers.
Nope. Not one.
@Smersh Thanks for sharing ... I live in Trumper Central. I didn't see any difference today at all.
When someone ran a store that never seemed to have any customers or seemed to be in an area where their product wouldn't have a market, my mom used to say, "It's probably a Mafia-front operation." Maybe not Mafia, but he might be the local weed man. I would bet the cops wouldn't think to bother him.
@AlphaCentauri These #Trump roadside stands pop up all around Brevard County, which is #MAGA Central. They used to be very popular, but I've seen fewer and fewer of them. Most of them have been on U.S. 1. This one is on the highway to #KSC. Whatever they're thinking, it's a poor location.
My guess is the rube paid #Trump a lot of money to sell his merchandise, and now is stuck with it.
@WordsmithFL anecdotes are fun.
Lots of pickups with Trump flags driving around, houses with Trump flags back out front, and even the red hats have begun to pop up in the region around Denver the past day.
