judge Aileen Cannon will start a two-day hearing tomorrow to decide if classified documents charges should be dismissed because special counsel Jack Smith wasn't appointed by a president. Cannon isn't following standard procedure, which is to assign the motion to a magistrate.

@WordsmithFL Still want to know who took the bar for her.

@SeekWhatsRight There isn't a way to remove her from the bench. Federal judges have their own personal fiefdoms.

@WordsmithFL I'm hoping she does something Jack can use to present it to the Eleventh Circuit. 🤞

@SeekWhatsRight Most legal experts I've seen, heard, and read seem to think there's no way the appellate court will remove her, if Jack Smith even tries.

@WordsmithFL If she gets TFG off, she'll get put on SCOTUS. At least that's what she thinks. What she doesn't realize is that TFG will forget all about her after he's used her, as he always does. She'd never get through the Senate confirmation anyway.
