According to the Florida Education Association, when DeSantis first took office in January 2019, Florida had 2,217 teacher vacancies. As of January 2023, that number has since more than doubled to 5,294 vacancies in a state where teacher pay ranks among the lowest in the country.

@ApostatePerry I had to laugh when I heard about "PragerU."
Dennis Prager was a radio talk show host in L.A. for many years. He did conservative talk during the week; on Sunday night he had a religious talk show. I remember him saying that he believed in God because the notion that the universe was anarchy scared him. So it wasn't because of any belief or proof, it was just his brain couldn't wrap itself around the notion that life is just a cosmic accident.
