You may have settled into a casual, informal arrangement that is not giving you what you expected, and now you are disappointed or disillusioned.
This week, make a point of setting up a meeting to discuss who does what and how to balance things out. Remaining frustrated is not an option. You may have a lack of confidence in someone you are thinking of hiring for a job around the house or for some other situation where you will have to pay for their work. Yet even though you have misgivings, you are ready to go through with it.
Maybe there are no other options, or maybe there is a deadline that only this person can meet. Whatever the case, look into alternatives before you make any official plans. A weekend rendezvous might turn out to be a lot more fun - and a whole lot more interesting - than you anticipated.
