: A divided Oklahoma Supreme Court has overturned a portion of the state’s near total ban on abortion, ruling women have a right to abortion when pregnancy risks their health, not just in a medical emergency.

@WhiteRose Now, see, what people don’t seem to get is that it’s not about whether you think abortion is right or wrong, it’s about whether you think the government should make medical decisions for everyone.

@WhiteRose Oh. That decision still only allows abortion if the pregnancy is likely to kill the mother, they just don’t have to wait until she’s actually dying.
