Tropical Depression #Harold with 35mph(55km/h) max winds is bringing showers to the Texas / Mexico border region after making landfall this morning. Will continue on to provide scattered showers into New Mexico and Arizona region. 22Aug2023
Tropical Storm #Franklin about where it was last night. As of Monday 8aAST/EDT winds 50mph(85km/h) expected to strengthen more today, rains spread across the islands & storms continue to bubble up. Tropical Storm Watch expanded to Turks and Caicos. Turns North Tuesday.

Tornadoes can commonly be found in tropical systems, mainly(but not limited to) Northeast of storm center. These tend to be(but not limited to) short lived weaker variety that may pop up & disappear just as fast, usually traveling in direction of the rain/storm that spawned it. #Hilary 20Aug2023
Invest #98L far out in the Eastern Atlantic may be a short lived low end system similar to TD6 as well. But it's also about to run into wind shear and plowing into very dry dusty air.

Invest #90L moving through the Eastern Caribbean bringing breezy conditions and plenty of scattered showers. Radar shows a general low level spin with it. May turn North / meander around soon though. May be watching a few days but nothing definitive in models yet.
