NHC 2024 annual hurricane product update announced. Key new features:
-AI generated Spanish translation of additional products for Atlantic/East Pacific(was humans at NWS Puerto Rico, if time allowed)
-Rainfall forecast maps for Central America & Caribbean(was US only)
-Easier to issue US Watch/Warnings (matches international now).
-Links to more info added to 'public advisory' text.
-Previously mentioned inland US Watch/Warnings to cone map(coming Aug2024)

@LnzyHou No current storms, just a sample image of new version of cone map that will be released starting in August - includes inland Watch and Warnings instead of just coastal.
