Experimental version of cone map coming 15Aug. Adds inland Tropical Storm & Hurricane Watch/Warning (currently your local NWS office issues) (US only, other countries stay same with coastal watch/warning). Cone is more transparent as emphasis turns towards impact/risk. Cone shape/size does not determine risk, it's just average error in center point forecast track over last 5 years.
