Some wacko russkie governor is reported to have received a dotation from the state budget of over 2 million rubles (part of) which he spent on staging this performance of a truly Shakespearean magnitude in which a bunch of "fascist German cardboard tanks" are defeated in battle by the glorious Russian "liberators of Europe".
The fate of the remainder of the 2 million dotation is unknown
