A third country mediator in Russia-Ukraine negotiations says that Russia is doubtlessly planning a second full-scale attempt at capturing all of Ukraine, including Kyiv and the western regions “some time very soon” with an army of 250K conscripts whose invasion will come from three directions simultaneously: South, South-East and North from across the border with Belarus
