I started clean eating and exercising about a year ago. I have gained muscle mass, strength, health and lost a significant amount of weight. I have never felt better and have definitely reset. I wot be looking back. And I am no spring chick anymore.
It feels good to be able to do things, doesn't it? If only we could convince more people to understand this.

I know. It is like a switch has to flip. You can't see what you can't see.
I haven't been this healthy in years.If they could only see it's both a mental and physical bonus.
@VictoriaLandis1 @CinnamonGirlE Making permanent changes in any regard is always a traverse requiring stamina and persistence. Only the individual can make it happen.

Love this. The body is remarkable. Even at older ages, it is possible to change it.
