Are you able to afford the astronomical home and car insurance premiums in #Florida ?
It's getting harder and harder. I do plan to move next year. Luckily, I saw this coming a while back & sold my house in 2018. We rent down here & also quite luckily, our landlord owns his properties in full, built them to withstand a Cat 6, and doesn't insure them. So our rent goes up only a minimal amount, like $50.00 a month last year.
