@peeppeepcircus hoping that you chose the proper chickens for climate change. When I made the decision to get chickens years ago I went with particular breeds that would tolerate not just 100°F temps but humidity as well. In addition, feeding them plenty of watermelons, mist spraying, and getting dirt wet so they would scratch and cool themselves on holes the would dig out. Also, chicken coup was under large fig tree providing plenty of shade throughout day. Yup, survived a few 110° F days.
