@Victor It's the perfect end to a night of barhopping. Properly done with cheeseburger, macaroni salad (no beans for me), homefries, hot sauce with meat and chopped onions (heavy on both hot sauce and onions, for me) on top, with a side of bread and butter. It's heaven! I have not seen the meated hot sauce in other places, but it's damned good! Also, if you eat more than 1 per month after age 26, it may kill you.
