@Victor Peanut butter sandwich with bread-and-butter pickles and mayonnaise. This actually tastes pretty good. Especially if you're hungry. And have the munchies. I would locate it's point of origin as somewhere around Shreveport, LA.

Peanut butter and bananas with sunflower seeds, honey, and bean sprouts or practically anything else you can imagine was a staple of every vegetarian restaurant in the '70's.

@Victor The locals here put cole slaw on their burgers and dogs. I can't judge though; I used to make peanut butter and horseradish sandwiches when I was a teen.

@Victor It's the perfect end to a night of barhopping. Properly done with cheeseburger, macaroni salad (no beans for me), homefries, hot sauce with meat and chopped onions (heavy on both hot sauce and onions, for me) on top, with a side of bread and butter. It's heaven! I have not seen the meated hot sauce in other places, but it's damned good! Also, if you eat more than 1 per month after age 26, it may kill you.

@Victor I've seen chili with cinnamon before. Not my favorite, but I imagine the buns add a cooling sweetness some people enjoy.
