I feel like this is a good time to tell you about the "lees" from making blueberry lemonade with fresh wild Maine berries. I used the blueberry goo[dness] to make blueberry buttermilk sourdough bread. It rose like a champ and is now proofing in fridge. Photos tomorrow. It's pretty 😍
