3 quick fuss-free sourdough tips:

1. 15-minute skillet foccacia. Delish, fast, easy. No special prep, just dough from fridge in a skillet with dab of oil and maybe sesame seeds or something interesting sprinkled on one side. Cook on med-low heat, preheated pan, flip at 6 minutes.
2. Wetter is better. Just handle your dough with wet hands.
