I'm trying to remember which twitter account was advocating making gofundme donations, etsy purchases, etc. from people in a juristiction (GA) & including notes saying e.g., "Raphael Warnock has asked ppl to donate here instead of to his campaign" as a kind of charm offensive.
Anybody know what I'm talking about &/or who the twitter person is?

@rpardee Tiffany Bond, a smart and likeable #MaineRaising independent senate candidate. She did not do well by the numbers politically but she did good, and encouraged lots of it from others.
