I find myself more fatigued after intense periods of brain work these days (mostly COVID-19, partly overdue for vacation).

My solution: gave myself permission to take 10-20 minute Minecraft breaks after each major task. I think I'm actually more productive and less swear-y.

Next step: swap those for walking up & down a few flights of stairs (the stairwells are almost always empty).

Oh dear. Reading this, it seems like I am battling the bug. Nope. I'm fine. Just weird work schedules and reduced live human interaction.
