Feeling kinda weirded out right now. I had surgery today and my surgeon told me I smelled yummy (I wasn’t wearing perfume) 👀 Then on top of this, front desk informed me that another patient felt some sort of “connection” with me and wanted them to give me his number. He’s a well known business owner and so I’m assuming front desk thought they were doing my single ass some sort of favour. Completely awkward and unprofessional to say the least. ☹️ Surgery went well….I’m home relaxing now 💜

Hi Val. I'm glad your surgery went well. If I may offer an opinion. Perhaps it's old school but it's one that if I was in this situation, it would be one of concern.
Not only was it unprofessional, it was unethical for not just the doc, but the staff to have approached you w/those comments. I, personally, would never set foot in that practice again. And I'd be sure to let them know why.
If this happened to you, it likely has happened to others. I'd be inclined to report them.
