Feeling kinda weirded out right now. I had surgery today and my surgeon told me I smelled yummy (I wasn’t wearing perfume) 👀 Then on top of this, front desk informed me that another patient felt some sort of “connection” with me and wanted them to give me his number. He’s a well known business owner and so I’m assuming front desk thought they were doing my single ass some sort of favour. Completely awkward and unprofessional to say the least. ☹️ Surgery went well….I’m home relaxing now 💜
@Valkyrie_D ugh… sorry that happened… hope you feel better soon. Totally out of line… When that sort of thing happens, you can stare at them and make it clear they are out of line. if you don’t mind the compliment, you can say ‘well that’s nice. Thanks. ‘ But if you’re not interested, saying ‘I’m off the market’ works, too. Usually. I’d have been weirded out being anesthetized if the surgeon said that to me! You can always file a complaint, also! Feel better soon! <3
