@VaKnow22 thank you! What a wonderful idea! I have a general comment. I went to ER at least 3 times in the last 6 months for recurrent UTI. I took my 15 year old to ER twice due to her anxiety issues. Every time we are attended by different RNs, assistants who work so hard, smile, show kindness to strangers keeping aside whatever personal challenges they may be facing. We may never meet them again and we just part with words of thanks. I wish I could do more than that to those amazing people.
