I Retract the announcement about President Carter.

The CBS report I saw was a breaking news alert on CBS News DTV channel, it interrupted a rerun of a previous episode of @60minutes. The announcement broke into the broadcast twice in a row, repeating the same claim, as if the channel was playing both East & West coast broadcasts.

Afterwards, I searched literally everywhere I could for hours to confirm it, but found no confirmation. I humbly apologize for repeating an obvious error.
