All done. Soffit holes covered with grates. Looks fine and I doubt I will try to actually repair the holes. Everything seems to work. The install crew thanked me for making sure all my 'stuff' was out of their way so they had plenty of work space.
And of course the high temps for the next week will be so low that I'm more likely to need my furnace than my AC. Such is springtime in the Midwest. But now I'm ready for the ugly part of summer to come at me.

@th3j35t3r Warren can be feisty. I wouldn't put it past him to try and break Nasdaq on purpose. A little dose of, "Not my problem.: πŸ˜‚

Looking for some good vibes from my CoSo folks. Getting a new central AC installed today. The install crew has to pull new lines through about 35 feet of finished duct work soffit. I'm sure they'll be able to do it but it will just as surely be a pain in their butts.

How was your day honey?
Well, I accidentally moved our border with France. How about you?

@0x56 Hey. Be nice. 🀣 πŸ˜‰
Actually lots of trees in Nebraska. especially in the northern and southern parts of the state. Unfortunately, I-80 running through the middle of the state is the most common reference. That runs along an admittedly boring Platte river valley all the way across. Great place to build an interstate but not the greatest aesthetic.

@0x56 I guess this large blue makes sense since the University of Nebraska is in Lincoln. The surprise for me in the Lincoln picture is how big the Independent group is.

@0x56 Omaha west out to Elkhorn but not Lincoln. I think I might go look at Lincoln as well. I bet that will be another balanced city like Omaha is.

This is eastern Nebraska. Might be surprising to some of you but it feels about right to me.

Ran across this in my desk today. I loved this device. My first decent mobile email experience. I could type very fast on that keyboard. I've never gotten back to that speed on the virtual smartphone keyboards or even with swipe entry. My lovely bride is a swipe-to-type magician.

This will go into my time capsule of defunct mobile phones. I think I even have my Handspring Visor in that box tool.

@th3j35t3r whatever you did just broke Twitter. πŸ˜‚

@TomeReader Okay..... had to go look to see what the knitting term frogging meant. Of course it's a real thing and I'm sorry you had to undo your hard work. However, "frog a shawl" is now my favorite phrase. I shall use it unsparingly. So thanks for that!

@jds_again thanks. I thought it was a double break as well until I got schooled by my lovely bride. The break is called a mid shaft clavicle break. The left side in the pic does not connect to another bones further left. Just one break in the middle.

@rpardee thanks. He's in for a few rough days. Like broken toes and ribs, there isn't much you can do if surgery isn't necessary. He just now managed to wolf down dinner so his appetite is good. The older brothers even feel bad for him. That's saying something.

15 broke his collar bone today during a soccer match. The midfield can be a tough place to be. A contributing factor was size. My freshman versus a senior. What might have otherwise been a 50-50 ball resulted in 15 getting slammed to the turf. Major ouch.

welp.... Pfizer #2 on board. πŸ’‰ T+ 90 minutes. So far so good. I had a couple people describe their #2 affects as resembling a hangover. So I hydrated last night and this morning. πŸ’§ And of course I made a huge bacon, egg, cheese, and salsa tortilla rollup for breakfast.πŸ₯“ πŸ₯š πŸ§€ πŸ… That, by itself, can be a cure-all for just about anything.

I scored major bacon points with the family unit so I've also got the good karma glow about me.

Have a great Saturday everyone.
