@AlbertCashiersCousin I know, just breaks my heart
Best quote from R/entitled people with Dark Fluff on YouTube.
Male employee said their manager could not discipline them because he had 3 kids and a wife to support.
Manager said: "And that is my problem because?..." (crickets) "Yours is a situation of your own making, both with your personal choices and the mess you find yourself in with me. Your problem with me is the one I can do something about, but your personal problem is something that only you can deal with."
Brilliant!!!!
@AlbertCashiersCousin These wont even stay long enough to see me. none of the tricks I have used last time seem to work.
@AlbertCashiersCousin We tried with this group. we were able to bring in a batch of 6 just before the pandemic and got them homes.
I got bitten pretty bad and these are very leary. I am going to TNR them, but its hard to do more as all shelters in our area are full and have been advising me to leave them be
I am spending too much time watching the baby monitor cams on the feral kitties. they are so sweet. I left toys out for them and tonight I got to see 5 of them comfortable enough in our patio to play with them.
They run when they see me, but at least for now I know they have a food source, a shelter available, and can feel safe enough to play.
And the rest of the episode was the best one of the new season, almost like watching a Chappelle show episode.
Making a white cast member step into a character written for Chappelle with all other Black cast members was the most uncomfortable, and funniest shit I have ever seen on SNL.
If you haven't seen it, take the time, really pay attention, and don't listen to the people who wanted him to do something else.

We finally got around to watching the episode, and honestly it lived up to previous Chappelle performances. It was brilliant, thought provoking, and right on the edge.
I have always been confused on the hate ppl have for him, because if you really listen to what he is saying, he really isn't phobic.
I grew up on Lenny Bruce, Carlin, Bill Hicks, Mel Brooks, Richard Pryor, Christopher Titus, and Lewis Black. These guys really pushed it and made you think.

@Eviestorm that is soooo awesome, I am glad you got to see it, here in Oregon, we have a great view of the clouds
@nogoodhandle I am sorry you had to deal with that. That part of it is so hard, but, I have a double dose, my FIL has Dementia due to MSA, and now my Dad has Lewy.
Luckily caring for my FIL the last few years really helped me get mom ready and I was able to deal with it better. but yeah. it sucks, so you laugh when you can
@Berrylsb WTAF
My Dad is so cute, his dementia has progressed, but the things he gets in his head are so cute sometimes.
Today he says he needs to drive the school bus to go het the kids. (Dude has NEVER driven a bus, worked in insurance his whole life)
Mom told him there is no school today, and he said that was a difference of opinion... lol
@Eviestorm truth π
@Ravenlock I will keep feeding them while we are here and I am giving my heated house to my neighbor, she says she will put it in her patio as I do mine. but I feel bad for leaving them, but we just cant afford our place anymore. so we are downsizing to a motorhome
