We finally got around to watching the episode, and honestly it lived up to previous Chappelle performances. It was brilliant, thought provoking, and right on the edge.
I have always been confused on the hate ppl have for him, because if you really listen to what he is saying, he really isn't phobic.
I grew up on Lenny Bruce, Carlin, Bill Hicks, Mel Brooks, Richard Pryor, Christopher Titus, and Lewis Black. These guys really pushed it and made you think.

Agree. Watched his monologue yesterday. I was like what anti-semitism? Pryor would have taken it much further.
We often confuse humor with social commentary. Edgy stand up is both.
