@dratino Well, it's pretty cool but, we wouldn't pay 10 million for it.
1. Because we can't afford it.
2. Because we can think of a lot of places and things on which to drop 10 million, if we could afford it.
and.....
3. I don't feel like buying my insurance guy a new house with the premiums we'd have to pay.
