@Tuckertown - That is the one thing that Twitter is really good for. (Originally I only joined to follow a breaking news story and get real-time accounts from people on the ground.) I've heard local government officials say that's often the best way to get out important info to a lot of people. It's also been a valuable tool for activists. Unfortunately, I don't think that is Elon's vision for the platform.
